CHECK-IN TIME: Noon. Fees for midnight to 6 a.m. arrivals apply to previous day. If you arrive after the office is closed, please register and pay for your site at the night time kiosk or office in the morning. If you wish to stay an extra day please make arrangements by 10 AM. (Based on available space).

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11 AM. There is a charge for late check out.

MAXIMUM STAY: Based on availability.

PAYMENTS: All charges are payable on arrival. Cash or major credit cards accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.

SITES: Specific site numbers are assigned at check-in. Please respect fellow guests’ privacy and do not walk through their spaces. Trees provide shade; however, some trees may drip sap.

BICYCLE RIDING: Enjoy at your own risk.

MEADOWCLIFF LODGE  POOL FACILITY: Located in the Lodge area near the 100 building. Pool is available to registered RV guests (no outside guests allowed). Children under 16 must be supervised. No lifeguard on duty. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area!

CHILDREN: Children must be supervised at all times.

COMPUTER ACCESS: Wireless high speed Internet access is available at no charge.

CONVENIENCE STORE: Limited supply is located at the check-in office.

GARBAGE AND TRASH: Trash receptacle is located directly behind the office in the brown fenced in area. It is in this one area for the convenience (smell, noise, etc) of our guests.Please sack and/or tie all garbage and place inside the receptacles.

PARKING: For safety and courtesy to others, please make sure all RV units and accompanying motorized vehicles are parked entirely within the assigned space. Parking on the street is not permitted.

PETS: All pets must be on a leash outside of vehicle except when in the designated pet area. Please do not leave pets unattended outside of your vehicle and do not tie pets to trees or light posts or take them in any buildings. Please use the dog run, not the grass areas, to walk pets and be sure to clean up after them. Mono County ordinance defines dog barking as unlawful and has the authority to impound the animal.

PRIVATE PROPERTY: Permission to enter and rent any portion of the premises is at the discretion of the management. No solicitation of any kind is allowed.

PROPANE TANKS: Must be properly secured.

QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

RESTROOMS, SHOWERS, AND LAUNDRY: Accessible with key code  which is issued to you at check-in. Restrooms closed for cleaning at various times daily.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH. Strictly enforced for the safety of our guests in the park.

STORAGE: Please, visible items are not permitted under or around the RV unit.

VALUABLES: Meadowcliff Resort is not responsible for losses due to accident, fire, vandalism, or theft.

FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY, PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Riding motor bikes or scooters in RV Resort

• Running of generators

• Smoking in any building

• Skateboarding/Roller-skating

• Tent camping

• Washing, service to, or repair to vehicles
