The RV Resort has a total of 34 sites with 9 pull through sites (50/30/20 amps), 15 back-in (50/30/20 amps) and 10 back-in site (30/20 amps). ALL sites include full hookups (water, electric, sewer, Wi-Fi and 24 channel TV). There must be at least one person 21 or older staying in every rig. Pets are permitted but must be kept on a leash except when in the dog run area. Check out time is 11 AM, Check in time is Noon.

We have three different types of sites; STANDARD, DELUXE and PREMIUM.

The STANDARD sites consist of all “back-in” sites along the eastern perimeter of the Resort, closest to the highway. They range in size from 25' x 40' deep to 25' x 25' deep. Each site comes with a picnic table. These sites have 30/20 amp service, sewer, water, 24-channel TV and Wi-Fi.

The DELUXE sites consist of all “back-in” sites and are located long the northern perimeter of the Resort and have views of the beautiful cliffs that are the backdrop of Meadowcliff. These sites are 30' x 45' deep. Each site comes with a picnic table. These sites have 50/30/20 amp service, water, sewer, 24-channel TV and Wi-Fi.

The PREMIUM sites consist of all “pull-thru” sites and are located centrally within the RV resort. These sites are 26' x up to 68' long. Each site comes with double sewer hookups that make it convenient for motorhomes and 5th wheels. Each site comes with a picnic table. These sites have 50/30/20 amp service, water, double sewer, 24-channel TV and Wi-Fi.

Extra Guests - Standard full rates include up to 4 people per site. We will charge $5 (five dollars) extra per person per day for families that are greater than four. For example: Two parents and two children = usual rate. Additional persons over the age of 5 will be charged $5 per person, per day.

Holiday Rate Advance Payment Policy: All reservations made for an RV site that include a "Holiday Rate" shall be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

In-Season Rates start at $35/RV (up to 4 people) per night (plus applicable taxes) before discounts!

• NO Tent Camping is allowed at any time.
• RV Rates are based on 4 people (6 guests max. per site)
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Holiday and Special Event rates may be higher. Call for holiday and special event rates.
• RV Resort Check-In is anytime after Noon, Check-Out is prior to 11 AM.

All guests must check-in at the Front Desk prior entering the property, no exceptions!

Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) is required at the time of reservation. Your card will not be charged until you arrive in case you want to pay with cash. Checks are not allowed unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund: If you are unable to honor your reservation, call 530-495-2255 and cancel prior to these deadlines:

• RV: 10 Days - Notify Meadowcliff by 4 p.m. ten days prior to arrival date.
• Reservations made after deadline will require a non-refundable deposit.
